You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Website. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We sell digital products, including activation codes and game keys. All sales are final once a key or account has been delivered, except as set out in the Refunds and Replacements section below.
We are not responsible for any compatibility issues with your system or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.
Prices are displayed in Tunisian dinars (TND). Taxes applicable under Tunisian law are shown at checkout. Prices may change without notice: the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.
Orders are paid from your wallet balance (see Wallet and Bank Transfer Recharges below), or by card through the ClicToPay payment gateway when it is available. Products paid from the wallet are delivered instantly.
When you purchase a product, you can receive an invoice for your order: choose the invoice option at checkout, and add your company details in your account if you need them to appear on it. Invoices are issued for orders, not when you recharge your wallet.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to fraudulent activity or incorrect pricing.
Your wallet is a prepaid balance in Tunisian dinars (TND) that you can spend only on orders on this Website. It is personal and not transferable, earns no interest, is not a bank account, and cannot be converted into another currency.
To recharge your wallet, choose an amount in your account and send exactly that amount by bank transfer to the account shown, writing the reference we give you in the transfer description. Bank fees are paid by the sender.
A recharge is not instant. Your wallet is credited only after we have confirmed that the funds have landed in our bank account. A receipt, screenshot or proof of transfer is not a payment, although we may ask you for one to check your transfer.
A recharge request that has not been paid expires after 72 hours. You can have one unpaid recharge request at a time: cancel it to create another. If a transfer for an expired or cancelled request still reaches us, contact us with the proof of transfer and we will credit it.
If the amount received differs from the amount requested, or the reference is missing or wrong, the credit may be delayed or adjusted after verification. We may ask for proof that the sending bank account is yours.
You can ask for your unused wallet balance to be refunded by bank transfer to the account it came from, after verification and minus any bank fees. Your balance must be spent or refunded before your account is closed.
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Once a key or account has been delivered and works as described, it cannot be refunded.
If a delivered key or account does not work as described, contact us promptly with your order number. We will replace it or, if we cannot, refund you.
Refunds for orders paid from your wallet are credited back to your wallet in TND, ready to use. For other payments, or to receive an unused wallet balance in your bank account, contact us.
Refunds and replacements do not cover buyer mistakes (such as the wrong region or platform) or bans applied by a platform after activation.
Users can create an account or sign in using third-party OAuth authentication providers. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You may revoke our access to your third-party accounts at any time through your respective account settings.
Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team via support@keyrounds.com. Upon account deletion, we will remove all personal data associated with your account, including data obtained from third-party authentication providers.
If your wallet still holds a balance when you ask to delete your account, we will first refund it or you can spend it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activities or violating these terms.
All content on this Website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of keyrounds.com and protected by copyright laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of our products or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation of the Website.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.
Any fraudulent activities, including chargebacks or unauthorized transactions, will result in account termination and possible legal action.
If fraud is detected, we reserve the right to report it to the relevant authorities.
We may refuse, hold or reverse a bank transfer payment or a wallet recharge, and ask for proof of identity or of the transfer, if a payment looks suspicious, is recalled or disputed by the bank, or comes from a third party. A credit that was reversed is removed from your wallet balance.
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tunisia.
